  • Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the sites Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) program and serve as the department’s financial steward. Will have multiple contractor personnel reporting to them and be responsible for over 15MM in budget. Works 5 days a week and holidays as needed to support the different work streams.
  • Manage all Integrated Facility Management personnel including (hiring, training, performance management etc.)
  • Manage all Integrated Facility Management activities, including change control, security services, landscaping, custodial, pest control, hazardous waste, sterile gowning, sustainability, third party spend and Tri Party agreements, etc.
  • Will be the cost steward for the Site Services group responsible for managing the budget, tracking the EA and forecasting. 
  • Ensure Integrated Facility Management program is achieving all operating and cost targets for the site.
  • Manage and improve Integrated Facility Management processes and procedures focusing on continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in manufacturing – OR – Master’s Degree with 2 years’ experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Facilities’ Management experience
  • Candidate must have GMP clean room experience
  • Experience forecasting and budgeting
  • Strong understanding of cGMPs is a must, and experience
  • Must have SAP experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of project management experience
  • Individual must have a good working knowledge of computers, and be able to work with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Coaching/supervisory experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt
  • CFM – Certified Facility Manager
  • Experience interacting the regulatory agencies
