Engagement Specialist 




The primary responsibilities of this role, Engagement Specialist, are to: 


  • Serve as a liaison for complicated customer related issues that require an advanced working knowledge of the service organization processes and procedures;
  • Support project implementation;
  • Support Field Corrective Actions;
  • Assist process owner with training documentation as needed.
  • Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals;
  • Plan, create and deliver training courses to staff as required to perform job duties;
  • Assist in Service Support Training;
  • Provide dispatch service to customers as well as manage Dispatch console for the field as needed;
  • Process work orders & handle reporting.

Required Qualifications:


  • Associate’s Degree in business or a technical discipline with 4 years of overall experience in areas such as call centers, customer relations/facing or relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical discipline with 2 year of overall experience;
  • Advanced problem solving skills, demonstrated experience in dealing with difficult inquiries and customer issues with little supervision;
  • A willingness to learn, excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems;
  • Demonstrated ability to follow specific guidelines & procedures;
  • Ability to problem solve, handle difficult inquiries and customer issues with little supervision.
