Director Marketing CDx 




The primary responsibilities of this role, Director Marketing CDx, are to: 


  • Develop/Execute US CDx  and testing strategy and launch plans in all indications;
  • Gather market insights and build understanding of testing practices, laboratory and biomarker insights;
  • Build a CDx testing awareness program for Oncologists and other key customers to raise awareness of the value of biomarker testing;
  • Lead Go-To-Market plans for CDx operationalization;
  • Ensure CDx strategic plans for first indication align with their CDx plans in future tumors;
  • Provide input into HPR process to incorporate biomarker testing into HPR process;
  • Collaborate with the alliance partner on marketing materials required for execution of CDx strategy;
  • Evolve to provide strategic input into other molecules within Bayer portfolios that are being developed with a biomarker strategy.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Ten or more years of commercial healthcare experience in roles such as marketing, sales,  sales training, alliance management experience or related function;
  • Three to five years of healthcare marketing experience, with at least one to two years in Diagnostics or Companion Diagnostic Marketing Experience is strongly preferred;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate and align with global and alliance partners to develop and execute strategy;
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership capabilities:
    • Personal conviction;
    • Drive for results;
    • Delivery through others.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ph.D., M.B.A. or advanced degree;
  • Oncology or Rare Disease experience, preferably in Solid Tumors;
  • Launch experience.
