On a daily basis our team provides prescription medications, over-the-counter products, clinical consulting services, and specialty pharmacy services to more than 50,000 residents.

**Scope of Responsibilities:** Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned task

**Job Summary:** Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of orders to long term care facilities, while ensuring total customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

**Job Duties:**

+ Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle

+ Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent

+ Accurately package and prepare items for facility delivery

+ Schedule delivery route in most efficient manner to insure timely delivery with least travel required

+ Responsible for completion of all paperwork and proper filing

+ Insure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior

+ Greet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed

+ Pick up medications and/or supplies from other facilities

+ Must keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employment

+ Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs

+ Required to read and sign the Fleet Management Policy

+ Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Attendance Requirements:**

+ Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts

+ Must be able to work nights and weekends as required

**Education:**

+ Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED

**Job requirements** :

+ Must possess a valid Drivers License in good standing

**Experience:**

+ Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position

**Required** (Vermont Employees):

+ Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician

**Required** (New Hampshire Employees):

+ Registered with the State of New Hampshire as a Pharmacy Technician

**Special Conditions of Employment:**

+ Criminal background check and/or drug test

+ Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

**Job Skills Required:**

+ Basic Math skills necessary

+ Strong communication skills

+ Outstanding customer service skills

+ Requires the ability to sit, stand, climb stairs and walk throughout the duration of the shift

+ Limited lifting up to 40 lbs

+ Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test

**Required Training:**

+ HIPAA Privacy Course

+ HIPAA Security Course
