A growing bio-technology company is seeking a Data Engineer. This company's technology has been adopted by researchers in pharmaceutical companies, governmental institutions, and clinical laboratories. As they look toward the future, they are continuing to evolve their platform to solve complex biological questions.
They are looking for someone who has knowledge of Data Engineering processes - data gathering, data integration, data modeling, as well as experience building ETL pipelines and an interest in back-end developments. The Data Engineer will be crucial in the development of the company's comprehensive data architecture.
Required Skills & Experience - 4+ years experience with ETL pipeline development
- 4+ years experience working in AWS environment
- 4+ years experience with SQL/MySQL
- Proficiency is Python, JavaScript, and C#
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or similar
Desired Skills & Experience - Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or similar
