Essential Functions:

  • Provides billing and invoice reconciliation support for Corporate Accounts.  Support includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Pricing inquiries
    • Invoice analysis
    • Invoice Reconciliation Form (IRF) analysis
    • Invoice audits
    • Miscellaneous Client Services requests
  • Works in collaboration with Client Services team to resolve billing inquires in a timely fashion.
  • Determines trends, risk and impact as related to Corporate Accounts billing.
  • Identifies anomalies and gaps in billing data.
  • Tracks post-acquisition and pre-conversion facility invoice data.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Desired: Master’s Degree

    Work Experience

  • Required: 1 year data analysis
  • Desired:  3+ years data analysis


  • Required:
  • Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Desired:
  • Knowledge of claims processing systems or pharmacy practice systems, SAS, and MS Access.
