Position Description

The Performance Advisor will be first point of contact for pharmacies enrolling in and registering for access to online performance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Outbound phone consultations and sales efforts to secure on-site/virtual visits in select markets with select customers for purposes of improving pharmacy performance to improve reimbursement.

* Ability to manage multiple prospects including location mapping, scheduling, documentation, problem solving, follow up execution and monitor progress to support directors in field providing in-person, in-store, or virtual consultations

* Ability to work with other internal McKesson teams to build relationships and convey the value we bring to customers with use of data analytics and presentations

* Handles inbound phone calls from existing members to provide consultative support, give direction and actionable feedback, and address performance needs

* Responds to incoming emails to research and resolve issues and answer questions regarding performance. Follows-up with customers as needed

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant operations or business process experience

Critical Skills

* Experience in customer relationships, account management, and implementing solutions for customers

* Ability to work independently under minimum supervision with excellent task/time management skills

* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Products (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of an organization

* Good business acumen

* Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Additional Skills & Knowledge

* Experience with Tableau data visualization software preferred

* Healthcare experience - Pharmacy operation (pharmacy technician) and/or managed care experience/knowledge preferred

Education

4-year degree in Business, Healthcare, Customer Service or equivalent experience
