Description
Position Title: Clinical Staff Pharmacist
Essential Functions: Provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients, physicians and staff of UFHCF. Is involved in various activities that include, but are not limited to: Interpretation of physician orders, maintenance of medication profiles and providing drug information; attendance and involvement in varied medical staff committees/meetings; adverse drug reaction reporting and follow-up, therapeutic interchanges, parenteral nutrition monitoring, pharmacokinetics dosing and follow-up, medication dosing and follow-up (ex. coumadin, antibiotics) and IV to PO recommendations.
Educational Requirements:
* Professional School, College Masters, or more
Licensure/Certification/Registration
* Valid Florida Pharmacist License
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
