No weekends or nights, however could pick up shift work as needed.
Responsible for providing evidence-based patient-centered pharmaceutical care to support antimicrobial stewardship for Baptist Health Hardin (BHH) by optimizing medication therapies, performing the comprehensive pharmaceutical care functions of a staff pharmacist as necessary and other projects as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, or Director of Pharmacy. This pharmacist serves as a medication information resource for all customers including patients, medical staff, and hospital staff. This is a non-exempt, 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period).
* Current Pharmacist License in good standing as issued by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy
* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
* PGY1 residency is preferred or previous infectious disease experience
* Board Certification in Infectious Disease (BCIDP) as issued by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 3 years of hire
