Seeking Clinical Pharmacist Specialist!
Full-Time, 2nd Shift
Baptist Health Floyd, Pharmacy- Emergency Medicine
Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area
The Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Specialists role is to provide patient-centered care services that include advising practitioners on matters pertaining to medication therapy selection, dosing, and appropriate use within the emergency department (ED).

Qualifications:
* Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
* Current Indiana Pharmacist License or Eligible for Indiana Pharmacist License
* Successful completion of PGY-1 pharmacy resident program
* Completion of PGY-2 in critical care or emergency medicine preferred
* BCPS or other advanced certification is preferred
* BLS for Healthcare Providers required
* ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
* PALS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
