POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides clinical pharmacy services for all patients and ensures the safe procurement, preparation, labeling, distribution and control of all medications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors of Science or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy from College of Pharmacy
Experience as a Pharmacist in an acute-care hospital setting or general pharmacy practice residency preferred.
Current FL Pharmacist license or license eligible. Eligible to sit for North American Pharmacist Licensure Exam.
HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is a 76-bed acute care hospital offering inpatient and outpatient services, a 31-bed emergency department, diagnostic imaging and cardiac catheterization, along with a 42,000 square-foot medical office building for physicians and other healthcare providers.
In addition, HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital operates HCA Florida ChampionsGate Emergency, a freestanding emergency room with 11 private beds that offers a full complement of emergency services and serves residents and visitors of ChampionsGate.
