Join our team as a per diem Clinical Pharmacist! With the support and resources of the Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy Manager, the Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist will provide decentralized clinical pharmacy services along with some inpatient dispensing and IV medication compounding on a per diem basis. As a Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist you will provide pharmaceutical services by rounding with patient care teams, monitoring patient medication therapies, providing drug information and education to healthcare providers and patients/families, precepting pharmacy students and residents, reviewing medication orders, dispensing medications and related supplies, overseeing the work of direct support personnel, and participating in quality and safety improvement projects.. The ideal Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist will have the ability to set priorities in an environment with frequent interruptions and be able to adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. Working at Regions Hospital you will meet the care needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric as well as specialty groups (e.g. psychiatric, oncology obstetric, medical, surgical and rehabilitation patients).

Required Qualifications:

* Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
* Currently functioning in a decentralized capacity (or comparable role) OR Completion of a Post-Doctorate Pharmacy Program (i.e., residency or fellowship; e.g., PGY1 or PGY2 American Society of Health System Pharmacists accredited pharmacy program), OR Board certification (e.g. Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist)
* Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Minnesota
