We are hiring for a full-time Clinical Pharmacist Oncology to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our veterans and their families at Travis Air Force Base in California.

Schedule:
• Full-Time Schedule 8 -10 hour day shifts, start time can vary between 6:00am to 9:00am. May work up to two weekends per month; shifts based on department needs.

The Clinical Pharmacist Oncology must have the following qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).

• Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE). Board certification in one or more of the pharmacy specialties recognized by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties.

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

• Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist.

• Experience: Three years of oncology-based pharmacy experience after graduation and/or a PGY-1 pharmacy residency accredited by the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacists. One year of oncology-based pharmacy experience after graduation and/or a board certification in oncology recognized by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties and/or a PGY-2 pharmacy. Residency in oncology accredited by the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy.

• Due to contractual obligations with the DoD, Health Care Workers performing under this contract must either be a U.S. citizen, or as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, either a noncitizen national of the United States, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or alien authorized to work in the United States
