Job Summary: Provide professional pharmaceutical care for Roper St. Francis Healthcareinpatients and outpatients by establishing, practicing, and promoting high standards of quality care. Minimum Qualifications:# Education:#Graduate of an accredited A.C.P.E. College of Pharmacy; Pharm. D. Degree preferred.#In lieu of a Pharm. D. degree, at least 5 years of Clinical Pharmacy experience required. Experience:#Previous hospital experience or suitable hospital experience during pharmacy education or internship is required.#Pharmacy Practice Residency (or equivalent) preferred. MANAGER PREFERS#Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) or postgraduate year two (PGY2) pharmacy residency. Licensure/Certification:#Licensed by the Board of Pharmacy to practice the profession of pharmacy in South Carolina.
