The Case Care Manager will provides leadership and direction in the daily operational activities of Social Work, Case Management, UR, and Chaplaincy functions at the site by assuring that activities are appropriately assigned, resources are available, and requirements of external entities such as regulatory and third party payers are met.

The Manager will be responsible for Social Work and Case Management in Acute Care Setting. Responsible for Utilization Review and Chaplaincy Services in Acute Care Setting and Behavioral Health.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education:

Masters degree required

Experience:

Supervisory/leadership experience required. Minimum of five (5) years experience in a patient care setting. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Chaplaincy, Social Work/Case Management or Utilization Review required. Experience with continuous performance improvement preferred.

Licensure, certification, and/or registration:

None.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; analytic business skills; integrity; innovation; team player; courteous; ability to resolve complaints/problems; customer-focused philosophy of service delivery; ability/willingness to work as an integral part of a multi-skilled team. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet computer software programs and data analysis. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
