Job Summary

Responsible for the full range of activities that are required to maintain the integrity of the information housed in the ECHO Credentialing and Privileging database. Delivers business analytics and reporting solutions to support physician and licensed clinical provider credentialing, privileging, and enrollment operations and to drive decision making. Enhances provider credentialing, privileging, and enrollment operations by streamlining and automating operational processes and conducting tasks to ensure data quality.

Job Responsibilities
  • On-site expert on all credentialing and enrollment software applications
  • Webmaster for all MSA intranet information
  • Responsible for the integrity of MSA information housed in credentialing and enrollment applications and/or published on the intranet.
  • Develops prioritized client solutions related to credentialing, privileging,  managed care enrollment applications, and managed care delegated credentialing
  • Partners with stakeholders to understand new report/data requirements and to ensure the results meet the business needs
  • Serves as liaison and project manager with Information Systems and software vendors, including trouble shooting data issues encountered by internal and external stakeholders.  Manages testing, roll-out and support of MSA software applications
  • Develops ad hoc reports
  • Develops clear and comprehensive user documentation including Job Aids, Operational Guides, Online Content, etc.
  • Assists team/clients with troubleshooting and resolving system and report errors
Required Education and Experience

Required Education:  Bachelor degree


Required Experience: 

At least two (2) years of related experience in a Healthcare setting.

Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic

At least three (3) years of business analysis, application development, or credentialing/enrollment application use

Additional Technical Requirements
  • Functional understanding of web applications and relational databases
  • Experience working with ECHO or other Medical Staff Credentialing Management platform.
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to document business processes and systems requirements
  • Experience in software testing preferred
  • Experience with HTML and ASP
