To help us meet our ambitions and provide the best solutions to patients, UCB is currently seeking a talented individual as Brand Manager, US Motion Patient Value.



Job Function

  • Ensure an impactful execution of the patient value goals through a focused implementation of strategically-aligned activities
  • Ensure the smooth running of the marketing department (budget focus)
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of engagement with the Motion team through communication and activities


Job Duties

Develops materials through collaboration with external agencies that support physician, patients and relevant stakeholders education about the brand


Manages materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process.  Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and vendor partners to assure timely and accurate review process


Contributes to the development of long-term marketing strategy and business planning


Executes strategies and tactics to achieve brand and patient value goals at both the national and regional level


Evaluates current marketing strategy and tactical effectiveness, recommending change as required


Leads planning and execution of team meetings, in particular PIM


Ensures a continuous and engaging communication within the U.S. Motion Team as well as outside the team as appropriate, leading to strategic alignment and engagement around the patient value objectives, across the organisation


Serve as point of contact for outside agencies and consultants for strategic and tactical implementation


Manages the budget for key initiatives including monthly financial review and analysis of marketing expenses and fiscal housekeeping (purchase requisitions, invoice approvals, accruals, etc.) on all expenses


Implements and manages all contracts as they relate to specific tactics


May support back-end execution of key initiatives as they relate to CRM strategy are in-place.  These may include, but are not limited to, direct mail, email blasts, development and distribution of fulfillment items, management of key consumer information and reporting.



  • Bachelors Degree
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to motivate members of a transversal team
  • Ability to develop constructive working environment with cross functional team, experience in Review committee processes being a plus    



  • Experience in leading projects for a brand team
  • Knowledge of Parkinson’s disease is a plus
