Description

We are currently searching for a Biostatistician/Project Manager to provide data analyst support for statistical analysis under the direction of the Director of the Office of Clinical Data Science. This opportunity is part-time, and it is on site in Bethesda, MD and may also be performed remotely at the discretion of the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support research in pursuit of scientific and technical objectives.
  • Oversee data QA/QC in clinical databases.
  • Collaborate with data management team.
  • Clinical data reporting.
  • Develop statistical applications and summary reports that can be regularly delivered to the PIs based on the data in the clinical database.
  • Work on data integration and reformatting requests.
  • Process raw data from the EMRs of outside collaborators that may need reformatting etc.
  • Respond to data requests from study sponsors (i.e., CRADA partners) that require a high level of programming effort.
  • Work as a data analyst for statistical analysis under the direction of the Director of the Office of Clinical Data Science.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science, statistics, technical, health-related field required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • Experience with programming/script languages such as Python, R, C/C++, javascript, SAS, MATLAB, SQL
  • Able to perform as a team player and cooperatively approach duties.
