Biostatistician (Remote)
Description:
Client located in the New York/New Jersey area is looking for a Remote Biostatistician to support drug development studies and provide support of study proposals, experimental design, data analysis, and review.
Responsibilities include:
• Participate on developing statistical analysis plans and processes of pharmaceutical compounds and drug products.
• Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agenda, monitor completion of agreed action items and project plan tasks.
• Quality control of randomization schedules.
• Provide input into development of case report forms (CRFs)
• Generate analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings to support the analysis of clinical trials.
• Provide programming support to supplemental or exploratory analyses for regulatory agencies or any other internal and external requests.
• Review outputs across programs to ensure consistency.
• Complies with company SOPs and regulatory guidance.
• Coordinate between overseas and US team, conduct research, analysis, and translation when necessary.
• Create presentation slides to present for scientific conferences.
• Check, proofread, and edit research documents to ensure accuracy.
Required:
• Minimum of a Master's degree in biostatistics
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Work effectively with team members.
• Some Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry experience highly preferred.
• Must have a thorough understanding of clinical methodologies and provide sound
analytical support.
* Oncology experience a plus
