Associate Scientist (Cell Biology) - Corporate R&D
Come and join a dynamic team of Life Scientists inspired by hands-on experimentation and fundamental science. We are working on new, far reaching technology platforms and upstream discovery work for new and disruptive consumer products. We are looking for passionate people in the cell biology space to combine hands-on experimentation with scientific principles and knowledge from science/engineering education to drive foundational technical understanding and solve tough technical problems.
Qualifications
* An ideal candidate has passion for lab experimentation and innovation. Views lab-time as primary role. This candidate practices good experimental design and demonstrates the ability to reliably reproduce experiments.
* We're looking for a person that collaborates effectively and respectfully with others and who can thrive with challenges and a fast paced environment.
* This role requires a high degree of technical curiosity with a working knowledge of biological systems. We want someone who wants to grow professionally, learn more about biology of the body, look for new ways to approach experimentation to meet project needs and enhance learning, and deliver delightful products to consumers.
* Applicant should have experience with general laboratory skills and equipment operations or demonstrate ability to quickly learn such skills.
