Purpose
Provide analytical and project support required for Diabetes Incentive Compensation programs, including oversight of eligibility and payroll. Direct and perform supporting IC projects and analyses, as required. Ensure maintenance of applicable tools and systems used for data management and analysis. Direct and develop publication of monthly scorecards.

Relationships
This position reports to the Associate Director, Field Force Incentives. Interacts extensively with members of the Diabetes Sales Force and Field Force Effectiveness. Other relationships include interactions with Novo Nordisk Inc (NNI) offshore resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Legal and HR. External relationships may include vendors and information technology developers.

Essential Functions
Act as day to day operational lead for assigned Diabetes Sales Incentive Compensation Analysis (IC) bonus program. Develop and administer training for Diabetes Sales personnel on available IC tools and reporting. Develop standard operating procedures for Diabetes Sales IC programs. Ensure scorecards and IC Trackers are created, quality checked and distributed. Evaluate new sources of data and software capabilities that will enhance ability to analyze and manage data. Manage special IC projects (contests, ad hoc analyses) that require constant follow-up and detail Participate in pre-Plan of Action (POA) and POA meetings as necessary. Collaborate with senior management providing necessary data and analysis. Perform ad hoc analyses in regards to IC plans when needed; develop slides to present key findings. Recommend and develop various departmental systems and procedures, tools, templates. Responsible for eligibility calculations & bi-weekly payroll submissions, ensuring strict quality control measures in place. Support in-sourcing initiatives within Incentive Compensation, including working closely with off-shore resources.

Qualifications

* 3-5 years relevant experience in analytical field with at least 1 year of prior experience with incentive compensation or sales analytics in a pharmaceutical company preferred
* A Bachelor’s degree (analytical field) required; Master’s preferred
* Advanced analytical skills
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Experience with pharmaceutical data, specifically Xponent, Xponent Plantrak, and DDD Sales data
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects
* Quantitative analysis skills
* Strong presentation and written communication skills
