To strengthen our Site and Patient Solutions team in RTP, NC, Slough, UK, Monheim, Germany or Brussels, Belgium, we are looking to fill the position of: AD, Strategic Feasibility Lead.

As a UCB 'stratelytical' person and AD, Strategic Feasibility Lead you like to work in an environment where you can:

As a UCB 'stratelytical' person and AD, Strategic Feasibility Lead you will contribute by:

  • Developing and implementing a data driven strategy for selecting clinical sites and investigators
  • Identifying and understanding the attributes of a high performing clinical site
  • Interfacing with analytics to identify leading performance measures for high performing clinical sites
  • Leading the effort to create a robust investigator performance database and dashboard to identify and implement new internal and external data sources 
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the site selection oversight strategy with UCB partners ensuring a high level of internal collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring best industry practices and high quality deliverables consistent with all applicable guidelines and regulations


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or CRO industry is required 
  • Preference to candidate with experience in creating a data driven site selection strategy, ensuring it is implemented in a matrix / partnership environment with good working knowledge of GCP guidelines in different regions
  • Previous team leadership or line management experience is preferred
