*Job Summary:*
The Adv. ClinicalPharmacistisresponsibleforprovidinggeneralclinicalandpharmacyservices.Thisincludessupervisionoftechnicalstaff. Accuratelycompoundanddispensepharmaceuticals. Assist withclinicalservicessuchasdrugconsults,nutritionsupport,pharmacokinetics,anticoagulantmonitoring,painmanagement,IVtoPO,renaldosingandotherprogramsasdefinedbyPharmacyLeadership. Assist with theantimicrobialmanagementandotherclinicalprograms.
*Qualifications:*
* B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy*required*
* Florida Pharmacist license *required*
* Minimum of 1 year hospital experience preferred
