General Summary
The ADC Biology group is seeking self-motivated, collaborative, and technically skilled researchers with expertise in the field of immunology. This Scientist will support the team in developing cell-based in vitro assays, high throughput screens, evaluate antibody/ADC binding, and evaluate antibody/ADC internalization and intracellular trafficking.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop high throughput in-vitro cytotoxicity and apoptosis assays to evaluate ADCs and ADC payloads
  • Use multi-color FACS analysis to evaluate antibody/ADC binding, antibody/ADC internalization and intracellular trafficking
  • Develop ELISA assays
  • Develop stable recombinant cell lines expressing luciferase, GFP and other proteins
  • Develop cell lines using CRISPR
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and collaborators
  • Other duties as assigned
Education
  • Master's Degree in biological science required, Ph.D. preferred
Experience
  • Ph.D. in biological science or related field and a minimum of 3 years of post-doctoral training, OR Master's Degree in biological science and a minimum of 8 years' pharma/biotech industry experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize the tasks to meet timelines
  • Must be able to generate reproducible and high-quality data to support IND submissions and reports
  • Must have experience culturing human tumor cell lines, primary cells, and establishing recombinant cell lines
  • Must be possess excellent communication skills and be able to present complex concepts to an audience of varying expertise
  • Must have meticulous record keeping
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
  • Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 25 Lbs
  • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
  • Verbal communication, listening, understanding, responding, and speaking
  • Limited travel as needed
