Responsible for new business lease-up within assigned portfolio of customer accounts
Responsible for the sale of new broadcast collocation leasing, redevelopment and new tower development opportunities to assigned portfolio of customer accounts nationwide
Develop, present and close pro-active sales and business development initiatives for the broadcast segment
Develop and implement strategies with broadcast customer base nationwide that result in new revenue and further strategies of adding assets and developing new business
Accurately forecast the closure of new business within the broadcast segment and maintain an accurate and robust pipeline in Salesforece.com
Regularly correspond with key customers and drive increased customer satisfaction, as measured by customer survey reporting results
Develop an in-depth knowledge of tower portfolio, market and competition within broadcast segment markets nationwide
Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders requiring information and resolutions relating to the broadcast customers
Stay current and communicate customer initiatives and strategy changes to all internal team members affected by changes and future outcomes
Provide data and analyses to support viable acquisition opportunities relating to risk, future revenue growth opportunity and to augment portfolio offerings

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree required
5+ years of experience in sales and/or customer facing role
Industry experience in negotiating and selling required
Previous experience in the wireless industry required
