| Requirements |
|
Degree in Pharmacy from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
A current, valid, unrestricted license to practic Pharmact in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Experience as a registered pharmacist for at least 24 months within the last 36 months.
This position's primary duty will be as a staff Inpatient Pharmacist, however, may include full range of hospital pharmaceutical care to include working in Outpatient and/or Ancillary Clinics.
The position may include duty hours beyond the normal duty periods. In order to provide pharmacists coverage on a 24 hour basis, shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays. |
