Details
A Postdoctoral Fellowship position is available immediately to join an interactive research team focused on the discovery and development of novel vaccine adjuvants and immunomodulators at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals in Hamilton, MT. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a strong working knowledge of immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, toxicology and/or cell biology. Previous experience with one or more of the following techniques is preferred; cell culture, cell signaling, receptor/ligand interaction, molecular biology, flow cytometry, Luminex or Imagestream. Work independently and as part of a larger project team to design, execute and interpret experiments that contribute to the development and accomplishment of project strategies. |

Preferred Qualification
Candidate should have technical proficiency and scientific creativity in one or more of the following areas; immunology, cell biology, toxicology, molecular biology or biochemistry.
Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with laboratory personnel, present data at internal and external meetings and contribute to writing of technical reports, manuscripts and patents.
Projects will involve cross-site project teams so the ability to work closely with co-workers and outside agencies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is essential. |
