Basic Qualification - You have a University Degree - At least 10 years of experience in Operations or development - Lean OE Black Belt / Master Black Belt - Good communication and management skills, able to influence at all levels - Able to change Management and training aptitude - Project Management (use of all PMO processes defined in Strategic Performance Mgt) will be considered - Good animation, presentation and training skills - You are assertive, pragmatic and have a good team spirit - Good understanding of vaccines development processes - Experience in more than one function, or Region will be considered. Details Job Purpose
To support the GSK Biologicals Management Team achieve sustainable simplification and increased efficiency in the development and commercialization of vaccines by providing leadership, expertise and project support
Responsibilities:
- Determine, as part of the Operational Excellence Global Function, the Global OE Strategy and plan aligned with the GSK Biologicals Strategy Map. - Leading or supporting & facilitating OE projects that will deliver significant business benefit across R&D, clinical, vaccine development and commercial Functions ( GF ) - Deliver benefits as identified in the projects business cases. - Provide expert advice, support and mentoring OE departmental champions & experts, Project Leaders, Line managers on OE tools and methodologies. - Drive change management across the organization - Actively encourage and support exchange of knowledge and expertise - Develop and enhance a culture of Excellence to do things simpler, smarter, quicker and in a robust, reproducible way. - Certified trainers for OE tools & methodologies including Lean Sigma. - Ensure effective communication for OE transversal programs / projects - Network with departmental champions / experts to exchange learning and good practices - Network with GSK Bio OE champions. - Remove barriers to progress. |
