Basic Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience. • 3-5 years pharmaceutical or CPG sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical or CPG sales management experience required. We are looking for a sales management leader for the role of Dental Care Division Manager, Dallas/Houston, to grow branded recommendations and patient purchases by managing a team of Oral Healthcare Consultants making quality sales call with HCPs using deep product and science knowledge
Key Responsibilities: • Identify and maximize rapport with HCP/OHCP’s to establish and/or expand the use of GSKCH products. • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of GSKCH products, competitive products, and therapeutic areas, products, and markets. • Develop and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of GSK and competitive products and maintain knowledge of current science, scientific research, and publications in medical science and healthcare. • Provide in-service education on GSK . Lead and facilitate regional and national advisory boards. • Serve as trouble shooter for specific clinical questions regarding GSK products. • Facilitate community focused patient advocacy. • Serve as a clinical expert trainer to Expert sales trainers. • Create regional business plans in conjunction with the leadership team and take an active role in implementing business strategies and tactics to meet regional and national objectives. • Demonstrate ability to identify unique sales opportunities and to perform tasks beyond designated responsibilities. • Demonstrate ability to mentor and/or train other GSK CH personnel. • Demonstrate ability to participate as a GSK CH advisory board member or work on special projects. • Demonstrate expertise of the GSKCH business, marketplace and marketplace trends. • Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills. • Assist the L&D Department in designing, developing and implementing appropriate medical sales school training. |

| Requirements |
Preferred Qualification • Advanced scientific degree. • Significant knowledge of clinical trial process, drug development and commercialization. • Experience interacting with senior members of CPG or pharmaceutical development organizations. • Effective problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and execute program strategy. • Demonstrated ability to maintain and build solid working relationships with primary care physicians, hospitals, nurses, pharmacists, and other HCP’s. • Must possess demonstrated leadership capabilities. • Must possess a proven, documented sales track record. • Must possess persuasive communication skills, a fortitude to sell and compete, and be a self starter. • Ability to conduct efficient and effective meetings. • Technical aptitude. • Working knowledge of complex medical and scientific information. |
