Description
Basic Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience.
3-5 years successful inside our outside sales experience.
Prior business to business Telesales experience preferred.
4 years+ experience across CPG in a variety of Sales and / or Marketing roles Consultant Or Manager Level.
Details
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Telesales staff.
Lead and share best practice with the team.
Think creatively to achieve revenue targets.
Implement training and strategic direction to an ever improving sales team.
Manage KPI and performance of the current team.
Define strategy and implementation plan to deliver business objectives through the telesales operation.
Ensure excellent execution of the Marketing Strategy voice to voice with our Targeted HCPs.
Execute in-bound and out-bound calls to HCPs on behalf of Oral Care, Behavior Science, OTC and Advantage Brands.
Execute rigor in the talent management process and developing our talent.
Deliver the key result and activity metrics.
Manages 3rd -party Vendor relationships.
Reviews and discusses the previous day’s service statistics with the team.
