Basic Qualification
4 year BA/BS degree required from an accredited institution
S04- 8 years Pharmaceuticals experience including 3 years as a District Sales Manager or 3 years equivalent S05 experience. S03-10 years Pharmaceuticals sales experience including 3 years as a Speciality S04 or equivalent.
Details
Work with National Vice President , to establish sales and profit goals for geographic area. Achieve or exceed sales goals for the area. Direct Clinical Specialists in the acquisition, expansion, and retention of targeted business within the assigned area. Identify and validate market opportunities and needs, and assist with developing plans to launch, test, refine new product and service offerings. Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives and key decision-influencers and decision-makers at major centers, clinics and other accounts. Lead Sales and Sales Support Team in planning for and conducting sales presentations. Manage and deploy resources (financial, field staff) to ensure achievement of objectives. Establish and manage area expense budgets; ensure appropriate return on investment. Work with the Vaccine Account Managers on a consistent basis, evaluating and directing sales presentations.
