Basic Qualification
Oak Hill associates will receive first preference
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years experience repairing packaging equipment (labeling, carton filling, barcode inspection, and ink jet printer).
• Experience in troubleshooting and repair of automated packaging equipment.
• Ability to accurately complete written Quality Packaging Line documentation.
• Quality and detail oriented.
• Adhere to site safety and quality guidelines.
• Experience working as part of a work team.
Details
• Equipment:
- Diagnose equipment problems and take corrective action to achieve optimum line efficiency.
- Independently set up changeover and repair filling equipment and packaging lines.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on all equipment.
- Diagnose electronic controls, sensors, servers and drives.
- Understand other systems that impact line efficiency or operation (pumps, scales, etc.).
• Documentation & Procedures:
- Documentation equipment preparation, set up, PM and repair in strict accordance with SOP
and GMP requirements.
- Complete paperwork for Production and Lab in strict accordance with SOP and GMP
requirements.
- Follow site GMP regulations.
- Follow site Safety policies and procedures. Review equipment status with supervision and
recommend improvements.
- Follow and document validation procedures |
