| Description |
Basic Qualification The Operational Excellence Expert for the GSK Global Manufacturing and Supply site in Memphis, Tennessee will be a key member of the continuous improvement and strategy team. The position will report to the dual site OE Champion, and lead improvement activities individually as well as on cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a demonstrated track record of managing change in a manufacturing and/or packaging environment are key to the success of this role. This position requires extensive knowledge of process and performance improvement analysis and problem solving tools, and lean management principles. Six Sigma and other related training and experience will enhance the overall competitiveness of the selected candidate. The position will be actively recruited from the commencement of the job posting, and interviews will be immediately. The position will remain open until a candidate is selected. Details For consideration all candidates must meet the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Technology, or related program. 3 years of experience in manufacturing/packaging LeanSigma Black Belt (in qualification may be considered) Strong track record of systematic change management in fast paced, high volume business environment Leadership and or supervisory experience Demonstrated success in leading, teaching and coaching others on the application and use of lean/six sigma tools, and principles Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent facilitator and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to prioitize and develop systems, processes and prodedures necessary to achieve key performance targets |

| Requirements |
Preferred Qualification Preferred qualifications that will enhance candidacy are: more than 3 years experience in GMP manufacturing/packaging, LeanSigma Black Belt with 2 or more years of experience. |
