Basic Qualification
•Bachelor’s degree
•Green belt certification.
•Completion of GSK OE Expert Training or equivalent Lean Sigma Methodology training
•Ability to operate in a team based environment.
•Understanding of the statistical approach to problem solving.
•Flexibility to work extended hours to achieve results.
•Written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
•Analytical problem solving skills, including statistical data analysis.
•Influence others at all levels of the organization to achieve results.
•Coach, teach and mentor in the areas of lean manufacturing and process improvements.
•Excellent organizational skills with ability to create detailed plans and monitor progress against plans.
•Demonstrated personal computer and software skills.

Preferred Qualification
•Black Belt certification
