We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager – Government Vaccines to join our Vaccines Directorate based in Abbotsford, Melbourne. Reporting to the Associate Director – Paediatric Vaccines, this is a critical role acting as the key point of contact for government customers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of vaccines contributing to the National Immunisation Program. Your critical task will be to ensure there is a clear and timely communication channel between government customers from state and territory governments and the internal commercial teams ensuring vaccines supply needs are met including delivery quantities, timings and SKU splits. You will ensure all issues are managed in a timely manner with appropriate solutions found to ensure the delivery of this critical program. Critically you will ensure forecasts are accurate and any adjustments are managed appropriately. You will work as part of a collaborative team, working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved to meet the customer’s requirements.

You will have had extensive experience in managing customer relationships with any experience with government customers an advantage. You will be a clear and influential communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders towards and shared objective. Ultimately you have a keen sense of customer focus, an analytical approach and work with a strong sense of urgency.
