Basic Qualification
To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified – preferably in Business or Science with senior Brand/Marketing management experience. It is essential that you can demonstrate success in developing sound strategic long-term plans and have excelled in launching and developing brands. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry - market environment, customer trends, government and medical and regulatory processes would be advantages.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Marketer or Brand Manager to launch and manage GSK’s exciting new Urology Portfolio. You will shape the market and drive brand growth through analysis, identification of market opportunities, development and execution of brand strategy, individual project management, as well as engagement of the Sales Teams.
Your key accountabilities will include:
? Develop and implement high quality strategic plans for GSK Urology brands
? Manage the budgeting process
? Lead and influence a cross functional team in the development and delivery of key brand initiatives
? Develop new ideas and solutions about specific issues
? Drive initiatives that deliver long-term value to both internal & external customers
? Work with all key stakeholders internally & externally to drive strategy
? Engage the sales teams in strategic execution
? Ensure that all promotional activities are medically sound and conform to GSK and Medicines Australia standards and other relevant codes of promotional & trades practice.
