| Description |
Basic Qualification •BS/BA •4 years pharmaceutical sales, marketing or related experience. • 2 years Associate Brand Manager experience. Details •Develop and manage the overall VBU professional digital, targeted media and professional online solutions strategy that will design and build the digital capabilities needed to be the leading customer-focused organization in Vaccines market. •Execute the integrated VBU digital, targeted media and consumer solutions tactical/operating plan for the entire portfolio of products/ vaccines. •Manage and provide strategic input into the digital, targeted media and consumer solutions components of the A&P budget of the VBU. •Work effectively with core professional and digital agency to execute digital and web plans. •Work closely with the Vaccines Commercial Strategy team and Customer Segment teams to ensure alignment with strategic and tactical plans. •Liaise with other key functions within the VBU (Sales VP, sales operations, commercial effectiveness, Value Proposition and the Private and Public customer segments) in order to align on the definition, development and ongoing management of digital media and solutions that meets/exceeds customer needs •Liaise with other key external VBU stakeholders, namely CBI and SP&O, to drive an effective and coordinated digital engagement strategy within the GSK enterprise. •Work closely with Finance and key stakeholders on the management of associated digital Advertising and Promotions spend and deliver of efficiencies/synergies/cost savings where possible across the VBU. •Manage workload targets for digital and web activities. •Manage the CAM process for all professional digital initiatives |

| Requirements |
Preferred Qualification •MBA •Excellent written and oral communications skills. •Previous experience in digital and online marketing. •Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, strategy, analytics, sales and commercial policies and practices. •Knowledge of the vaccine market (technical / commercial product knowledge, competitors, and customers). •Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities. •Ability to operation in a matrix environment and lead matrix teams to implement commercial programs and activities •Ability to work with external agencies (e.g. conventions/events, medical education, advertising, public relations) and internal stakeholder departments (Professional Programs, Speaker Events, Commercial Strategy, Customer segment teams) to develop programs and materials. •Ability to effectively work with matrix teams. •Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop, and execute multi-dimensional marketing and/or business plans. •Demonstrated ability to manage budgets. |
