| Description |
Basic Qualification -BA/BS and 7-10 years pharmaceutical customer and business analysis experience required (i.e. market research, sales forecasting, competitive intelligence, strategic planning, etc). -Demonstrated customer insight and business analysis skills required. Deep understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry, including pharmaceutical marketing, customers, payers and regulatory environment. -Experience in strategy formulation, complex organizational-wide problem solving and financial modeling. -Ability to make actionable recommendations to address business issues, drive key decisions, and achieve business results by synthesizing and integrating findings from primary research, secondary data sources, and analytics. -Experience in proactively identifying insights and finding creative ways to look at the business. -Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver against multiple tasks / assignments within constraints of demanding deadlines. -Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated skill presenting complex information and analysis in a compelling and persuasive manner. Details -Proactively identify key opportunities and challenges for CVMU pipeline assets and identify appropriate analytical approaches to address them. -Create and foster strong strategic partnerships with Global Commercial Leads, CVMU business unit leadership team, and other key stakeholders in the organization. Act as a reliable and trusted consultant on customer insight, product strategy, and major business questions related to CVMU pipeline assets. -Lead and execute the analyses of market dynamics, competitive environment and treatment trends in order to provide appropriate future context to key stakeholders for strategic decisions. -Ensure strategic application of customer and business insight capabilities (marketing research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, analytics, etc) to support commercialization plans for key CVMU pipeline assets. -For regionally led forecasting and marketing research activities, provide the appropriate level of objective challenge and ensure alignment with global objectives. -Participate in activities supporting the inline CVMU team, particularly strategic issues related to the CVMU portfolio or above brand customer centric opportunities. -Contribute to building a high performing, high impact CVMU customer and business insights team, which inspire commitment and confidence of CVMU senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. -Share best practices and relevant learnings across the CBI team. |

| Requirements |
Preferred Qualification -MBA or MS. -Demonstrated proficiency in forecasting new products. -Direct experience in global operations of a multinational R&D and commercial organizations. -Experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry. |
