Basic Qualification
•B.S./B.A. and 10 years sales, marketing or related experience, including 6 years highly successful & relevant brand management experience within commercial operations.
•Demonstrated business acumen & analytics.
•Prior leadership experience – matrix or line management.
•Discipline & Operational Excellence – past experiences improving processes and efficiencies across matrix organization, establishing KPI driven scorecards to measure.
Details
Responsibilities and Remit:

• Brand Diagnosis, Analysis and Measurement – establish cadence of operational excellence through ongoing diagnosis, measurement and refinement of strategies and plans
oExquisite execution across all channel and customer segments
oMonthly brand review diagnostic and measurement of execution initiatives
oEstablish lead measures scorecard and KPIs to assess business objectives across all channel and customer segments
oProvide Investor Relations updates

•Portfolio Strategy and Integration – work with Executive Director along with customer leads to ensure alignment of portfolio strategy across all channel and customer segments
oAdvanced commercial analytics including profitability analyses across customer and channel segments (ie: resources, channel, customer, geography)
oMatrix with Forecasting to align channel and customer segment forecasts to portfolio roll-up
oMatrix with PPIC team on governance reimbursement strategies and decisions
