| Description |
Basic Qualification •BS/BA and 4 years marketing or commercial support-related experience in pharmaceutical market Details • Develop project objectives and critical milestones; identify budget and timeline issues; track and complete project steps; ensure metric plan is identified for each project • Understand, identify and articulate customer insights identify customer needs; develop promotional materials (representative-delivered and non-personal) aligned to established strategy • Understand agency operational framework, processes, and budgets; collaborate with agency to write creative briefs; adhere to GSK approval processes for creative development. Function as a team member with external agencies on the development of brand building activities; understand and utilize creative briefs to provide direction on project objective, project plan, evaluation of competitors, target customer profiling, brand positioning and communication • Liaise with co-promotion partner to effectively execute speaker-driven initiatives • Identify and build effective relationships with partner/stakeholders. Develop strong collaborative relationships with urology selling teams. Develop field communications to deliver to overall field communication plan • Manage to agreed annual budget for all relevant budget items. Keep finance and manager informed of any issues or necessary changes. Participate in monthly budget meetings • Actively participate and input into the business planning process for the brand • Effectively manage brand inventory including trade supply, samples, vouchers and promotional materials such that these brand expense lines are tightly managed while ensuring continued availability • Identify sales training needs and liaise with training department and sales leadership to develop programs and pull-through |

Preferred Qualification • Demonstrated problem solving skills • Excellent oral and written presentation skills • Demonstrated project management experience • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills • Demonstrated business analysis or market research skills • MBA • Previous marketing experience • Experience with GSK’s copy approval process and/or developing promotional materials • Previous alliance management or co-promotion/co-marketing experience • Previous experience in payer marketing, account management, or other payer-interfacing functions • Previous commercial analysis or business analytics experience |
