Details
Job Purpose
• Lead and deliver integrated digital marketing strategy and plans working collaboratively with brand directors, customer marketers and marketing VPs.
Area of Responsibility
• Deliver an end-to-end integrated digital marketing and eCRM strategy for US Pharma
• Work with marketing VPs to develop their end-to-end digital marketing strategy to meet KPIs and grow their business.
• Collaborate with brand directors to define eCRM strategies and develop business rules
• Become a key member of the Project Grow CRM initiative and integrate the digital requirements for a complete CRM system
• Collaborate with IT to see eCRM strategies are implemented at the systems level and through 3rd party vendors
• Manage a team of integrated digital marketers
Expected Delivery
• Develop and deliver GSK standards and guidelines for integrated marketing and for eCRM
• Scope, set business requirements and evaluate eCRM vendors, provide strategic input into negotiation of eCRM vendor contracts
• Manage relationships with eCRM vendors
• Develop and communicate eCRM best practices and measures to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Preferred Qualification
• MBA or equivalent
• Track record of developing relationships with senior marketers
• Demonstrated ability to project manage multiple, parallel projects
• Medical / pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
• Direct-to-consumer advertising and/or marketing activities.
• Direct-to-physician advertising and/or marketing activities.
• Development and management of measurement programs for digital campaigns and programs
• Proven integrated communications experience and an understanding of the importance of digital communications as part of an integrated strategy
