| Description |
Basic Qualification • Three years aesthetic sales and marketing experience at the director level • Minimum 10 years aesthetic/Rx experience with a emphasis on marketing and sales We will interview for the following • Strong understanding of the external influences that ultimately affect aesthetic product life cycle • Comprehensive knowledge of aesthetics marketplaces including contracting arrangements is necessary • Strong strategic thinking skills, ambitious, self- sufficient, reliable and goal-oriented individual capable of working independently and efficiently managing people and multiple tasks • Capable of effectively negotiating, problem solving and implementing sound business plans in coordination with corporate goals and objectives. • Thorough understanding of consumer portfolio development planning (Life Cycle Management) • Must have the ability to adapt in a highly competitive environment and overcome obstacles by presenting workable solutions. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; exhibit positive, constructive, decisive demeanor • Lotus Notes/Databases and network file search with proficiency in excel, word, power point and contact management programs. Proficiency in spreadsheet and databases • Excellent follow-up and verbal and written communication, organizational, and sales/negotiation skills along. Demonstrated ownership to provide real solutions Details o Serve as primary Aesthetic marketing interface with Aesthetics Global Marketing, forecasting, and market research, finance, R&D, IT, legal, medical, regulatory, sales training, Rx sales force lead, etc. o Manage, develop, and execute sales and marketing strategy and plans for Aesthetics brands targeted to dermatologists, a variety of other healthcare professionals and consumers as approved by the VP-CHC NORAM o Manage and develop entire Sales Force, including managers • Manage and develop expense and sales forecasts by channel and by customer, in conjunction with the Director of Business Management, forecasting, and finance • Manage Aesthetic promotional budgeting process; develop and secure through the VP CHC NORAM, the disposition and approval of budgets for funding for all sales and marketing plans, initiatives, and activities; responsible for the prudent planning, spending, and tracking of support and promotional funding • Manage Stiefel, a GSK company, business planning process; ensure all plans are robust, accurate, and thorough and completed on time • Supervise marketing direct reports in the creation and production of all advertising and promotional communications, including media strategy and mix, e-strategy development, PR, ad hoc marketing programs, and other collateral materials • Oversee and manage, in conjunction with the Director of Business Management, the maintenance, development, and direction of all contracting and pricing policies for all customers • Work with key vendors (ad agency, media agency, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment of all pertinent activities and oversee vendor/subordinate tactical efforts • Work with Aesthetic Global Marketing counterparts to: o Give input to and ensure alignment with Aesthetic Global Marketing respect to global strategy, business development plans, portfolio development plans, branding, positioning, messaging, etc. o Incorporate the following into domestic • Manage and develop expense and sales forecasts by channel and by customer, in conjunction with the Director of Business Management, forecasting, and finance • Manage Aesthetic promotional budgeting process; develop and secure through the VP CHC NORAM, the disposition and approval of budgets for funding for all sales and marketing plans, initiatives, and activities; responsible for the prudent planning, spending, and tracking of support and promotional funding • Manage Stiefel, a GSK company, business planning process; ensure all plans are robust, accurate, and thorough and completed on time • Supervise marketing direct reports in the creation and production of all advertising and promotional communications, including media strategy and mix, e-strategy development, PR, ad hoc marketing programs, and other collateral materials • Oversee and manage, in conjunction with the Director of Business Management, the maintenance, development, and direction of all contracting and pricing policies for all customers • Work with key vendors (ad agency, media agency, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment of all pertinent activities and oversee vendor/subordinate tactical efforts |
