We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager for the New Zealand business. The role can be located in either Melbourne (Abbotsford) or NZ (Auckland).
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Demand Planning process (Consensus Forecasting) for the New Zealand business, ensuring high forecast accuracy. Also of importance is to manage the supply of product from international supply sites ensuring high product availability.
Additionally, this role has responsibility for managing the 3PL provider in New Zealand, ensuring high levels of DIFOT and customer delivery satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have: • Strong demand and supply planning experience • General supply chain & logistics skills and knowledge • Strong analytical capability • Experience in an S&OP environment • Excellent communication and effective relationship building skills • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or equivalent
In addition we are interested in speaking with candidates with the above experience plus • pharmaceutical industry experience within logistics and operations • Experience with managing 3PL performance for service and cost • Experience in dealing with overseas factories
