Basic Qualification
To be considered for the Esprit Program, you’ll need:
• MBA degree
• Sales & marketing experience in either Pharma or Healthcare
• 4-5 years of work experience
• Ability to relocate domestically and internationally
• Be legally authorized to work in United States
• A passion for a new challenge
• A demonstrable track record of delivering significant value to enhance a business
• A strong and unwavering sense of commercial awareness
• Evidence of how you’ve made an impact through strategic decision-making
• The desire to develop a career in general management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Flexibility, adaptability and mobility

We are currently accepting applications for GSK’s Global MBA program for 2011 for those qualified candidates who are attending the Southeast MBA Schools Interview Forum in Atlanta, GA on March 26. We will only be contacting qualified candidates attending this forum.
