Basic Qualification
2-6 years intellectual property experience
Strong communication and computer skills

Ability to work on own initiative, multi task and meet deadlines
Details
Prepares and updates US Trade Mark Docket
Takes the appropriate action on incoming electronic mail from USPTO ensuring due dates are captured
Liaises with clients to obtain evidence and prepares documents for filing with USPTO including Declarations of Use and Incontestability and Applications for Renewal
Maintains the WorldSuite database of large portfolio of domestic and foreign trade mark applications and registrations
Provides data support for conflict management
Creates and runs Business Objects reports
Corresponds with Business Clients and external agents regarding status of trade marks
Assist with due diligence review of IP assets
Provides training and support on use of WorldSuite and Business Objects
Handles all incoming post identifying those requiring WorldSuite action
Responsible for data verification and revocation of attorney action resulting from Franklin Plaza move
Manages status inquiry process for US CH team
Responsible for assignment work affecting US trade marks
Provides back up role to RTP office as required
Required to complete team tasks allocated to transnational team
Requirements
Preferred Qualification
Paralegal certificate or college degree preferred
