Brief Job Description
The consultant’s role is to work with the company’s senior executive team to drive the company’s most strategic operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring the desired performance. Consultants are called on to deliver outstanding client results, direct client personnel, prepare work plans, facilitate client teams to implement recommendations, organize and write proposals, and participate in new business development.

Qualifications
Positions require a MBA, PhD, or equivalent post-graduate degree from a top business school, together with an undergraduate degree in engineering, economics, or business. PRTM seeks consultants at all levels, with experience working for management consulting firms and/or significant work experience in one of the following industry segments:
Health Care Services: Consulting experience in health care delivery, or health care payer consulting, preferably in government agencies (e.g., US, VA, or DoD) or to non-government health care service companies. Extensive experience in business development, strategy, new service development, and/or operations.
Life Sciences: Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, or a consulting firm, with practical work experience in supply chain, operations, quality and regulatory management, product development, planning and strategy, addressing relevant products such as biologic drugs, vaccines, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. |
