Position Summary:
Major Duties and Responsibilities (including supervising others):
We are seeking candidates with a BS with 0-5 years of experience, or an MS with 0-2 years of experience in molecular biology. Knowledge of cloning, nucleic acid purification, and DNA sequencing is required. Knowledge of protein expression using mammalian vectors, and basic tissue culture techniques is useful. Good communication and documentation skills are essential

Position Requirements
Special Skills/Abilities: Basic molecular biology skills
Job Complexity: Ability to multi-task is critical. Candidate must be well organized and must keep an excellent written record of their work. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly with their supervisor and various project team members.
Supervision: Moderate level of supervision required.

Educational Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education: BS or MS degree
Experience: 0-5 years of experience in the biotech industry or academic setting.
