Korn/Ferry International, a leading executive search firm is seeking a Senior Associate, Biotechnology who will be based in the New York City Office. The person we require will be a part of an experienced team of professionals, MD's and PhD's who are dedicated to assisting highly regarded venture-backed therapeutics companies in identifying and evaluating key executives including CEO's, Board Members, heads of Research and Development, and Business Development. Much of our work is for discovery based companies so technical knowledge is required. An ideal candidate will have either a BS or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline along with working experience in pharma or biotech as a Research Technician or Staff Scientist. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required along with a strong work ethic. Similar to other professional services firms, becoming a Senior Associate, Biotechnology at Korn/Ferry represents the first step in a career in executive search. |
