Position Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to supervise all receiving, shipping, and inventory functions at the Bensalem, Pennsylvania site. The position also oversees the sorting and distribution of mail for the Pennsylvania sites.

Position Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
• Ensure all GMP materials are received according to SOP’s
• Ensure all non-GMP receipts are received, inspected, and distributed to requisitioners.
• Document receiving problems and issues, proposes practical solutions and implements corrective action, working with Purchasing and Accounts Payable as required.
• Execute the safe and legal transportation of DOT designated hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with 49 CFR and IATA regulations.
• Maintain facility in a state of cGMP compliance.
• Advise and assist the various departments in any special shipping needs.
• Oversee sorting of mail received daily from the USPS.
• Oversee the sorting of interoffice mail between company sites.
• Enforce adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures governing GMP operations
• Ensure compliance with all company policies on the part of direct reports.
• Provide direct reports with substantial evaluations through annual performance reviews and counsel and discipline non-performing or under-performing employees.
Educational Requirements
Knowledge:
Must be trained and approved to use Track-Wise and Aegis systems. Must be proficient in SAP and with all aspects of GMP training requirements. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting. Ability to problem solve. Demonstrated proficiency to initiate, investigate and close deviations and CAPAs in Trackwise
