Position Summary:
Perform and document manufacturing operations according to established Master Production Records (MPR’s) in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP’s).
Essential Job Functions:
• CIP/SIP
• Completion of cGMP documentation according to approved procedures
• Aseptic technique
• Media Preparation
• Manual cleanings

• Performance and monitoring of process steps, and cell culture techniques (e.g. media preparation, inoculum preparations using good aseptic technique, cell counting, bioreactors, tangential flow filtration and membrane filtration)
• Cleaning and sanitization of equipment
• General housekeeping of Cell Culture area
